Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

We offer generous medical, dental, and vision plans that cover you and your family. Our PPO and High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) include valuable preventative care along with programs for prescriptions and diabetic care.

Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts

Medical and dependent care expenses can sting, which is why we offer Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options that enable team members to set aside pre-tax dollars for certain eligible, out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses.

We also offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) option for those enrolled in the HDHP. Team Members enrolled in this plan will also receive an annual contribution from the Company into their HSA account.

Retirement Benefits

Our 401k plan lets you contribute your eligible earnings up to teh IRL limit by both pre-tax and Roth after-tax. Burris will match your contributions by 50 percent up to a maximum of 3 percent.

Educational Assistance

We encourage team members to explore opportunities for their own personal and professional development. Full-time team members are eligible to participate in the Educational Assistance program after 1 year of employment and may be eligible for up to $5,250 in educational reimbursements per calendar year.

Legal Aid

Team Members and their families are offered assistance on legal services including, but not limited to: will and estate planning, real estate closings, debt collection, identity theft, and traffic defense. In addition, unlimited telephonic services are available. Identity theft protection is also included in this voluntary benefit service plan.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

We recognize the importance of family and personal time. Full time team members are eligible for paid time off, granted each anniversary year based on length of service with the Company. In order to encourage work/life balance, PTO is considers a “use it or lose it” benefit, to be used in the year that it is earned.

Full time team members are also elgible for holiday pay. We observe 6 company holidays per calendar year. If a team member works on a holiday, the team member may bank the holiday as a floating holiday to be used within 90 days, or may opt to receive 8 hours of holiday pay in addition to the pay for time worked. *Collective bargaining agreement provisions may apply.
